The father of missing Oregon boy Kyron Horman is requesting a delay in his divorce hearing from the child’s stepmother, Terri Horman.
Kaine Horman is asking for another six months before the divorce proceedings continue, in order to protect his four year old daughter.
Kaine filed for divorce shortly after Kyron’s disappearance in 2010.
Police say Terri was the last person to see the boy, after driving him to his Portland elementary school.
While no persons of interest have been named, part of the investigation has been focused on Terri.
