AGrants Pass medical marijuana grower was sentenced to 3-years in federal prison.
48 year-old Donald Galvan plead guilty on Monday to manufacturing and distributing more than 200 pounds of marijuana on the black market.
According to state laws, growers can produce 6 plants per patient which should produce no more than a pound and a half each year.
