Misconduct Charges Dropped Against Prospect Charter School Officials

Misconduct charges filed against the Superintendent and Principal of Prospect Charter School have been dismissed.

State officials say there isn’t enough evidence against superintendent Don Alexander and principal Jennifer Pettit.

In early 2012, multiple parents complained of unfair and discriminatory behavior from the school officials.

Meanwhile, Pettit has since resigned from her position to work in a larger city.

That takes effect in June of next year.
