A fire broke out early Monday morning in an Eagle Point neighborhood.
Multiple calls came in just after midnight, of a fire on Teakwood and Crystal drive in Eagle Point.
11 units from Fire District 3 were sent to the duplex.
Only one side of the house was affected. The family was able to make it out safely.
It’s not clear what started the fire. Crews will continue to investigate the cause on Monday morning.
