Mother’s Day is still a day away, but one local mom got the ultimate gift this morning.
Laura-Lee Wallace along with two other moms got the chance at winning a brand new vehicle from Crater Lake Ford.
It was part of an online essay contest where their kids explained why their mom is the best mom.
After a tedious voting period the finalists were selected.
This morning the three moms randomly selected keys in hopes of winning a new car!
Even though Wallace won, she said her kids are the ultimate prize.
“His essay was very, very sweet. My whole life revolves around my kids. And to have them write a nice essay was really, really nice. And who knew we were going to win a car!”
Besides the new2013 Mazda 3 TR, each of the kid finalist received a $500 cash scholarship and the two other moms received a $500 dealership gift card.
