Plans are moving forward on a multi-million dollar commercial and residential complex across from Walmart in South Medford.
The village, east of Stewart Meadows Golf Course, is being proposed by KOGAP.
The Medford Planning Commission will meet with the builder Thursday to discuss changes to bike paths and roadways.
The bulk of the project has already been cleared.
If the changes are approved, construction is set to begin in 2014.
