New information tonight on the Grants Pass shooting that happened on Thursday…
Police say 30-year old Laurence King shot 29-year old Daniel Baker in this Shell gas station parking lot.
Tonight police say they believe King planned the shooting after a possible argument.
A friend of Baker’s, who does not wish to be identified, tells us, “It is obvious that he struggled with drugs and other things, but you know at heart Daniel was a good guy. He tried, but sometimes he just got lost.”
Both King and Baker had a criminal history. King was arraigned on Friday. He’s charged with aggravated murder, unlawful use of a firearm and felon in possession of a firearm.
