North Korea Officials Say Treaty That Ended The Korean War Is Invalid

The Supreme Command of North Korea’s army has declared the agreement to the end of the Korean War is invalid.

Officials with the North say the treaty that ended the three year in 1953 Korean War against South Korea is not valid.

Officials say the declaration comes after North Korea’s February 12th nuclear test.

The U.N. Security Council has since passed tougher sanctions against the North.
