Two men Walked around Portland, Oregon with Ar-15’s and handguns in plain view ( legal) which alarmed people on the streets. The ‘demonstration’ lead to more than a dozen emergency calls to police. One of the men is from Southern Oregon and police here say the act of openly carrying a long rifle is irresponsible.
