Ore. — Oregon lawmakers are looking to change the state’s sick leave law.
They began looking over House Bill 2005 this week. It requires all employers to implement paid sick time for employees.
Labor Commissioner Brad Avakian issued a statement in support of it, saying that this legislation will modernize Oregons workplace.
