Kerby, Ore — Oregon State Police have identified the man killed while walking along Highway 199 near Kerby Friday asSelma resident Russell Brummett.
Brummett was hit by a car that had traveled over the fog line around 3:30 Friday afternoon.
The car was driven by 83 year old Patricia Shafer of Cave Junction.
Brummet was pronounced dead on scene.
Shafer is cooperating with the ongoing investigation.
