PRS and Manor Residents Reach Tentative Agreement

Back in the Rogue Valley, it looks like Pacific Retirement Services and residents at the Rogue Valley Manor will avoid litigation for now.

We’re told by Rogue Valley Manor staff that a tentative agreement has been reached, with both parties signing a letter of intent to work things out.

According to reports, two residents were appointed as voting members of the board, more stringent oversight on the removal of board directors, and a cap on P.R.S. management fees were part of the tentative agreement.
