Rogue River man found guilty on four out of nine charges against him

Rogue River, Ore. — The verdict is in for a Rogue River man accused of dragging his ex-girlfriend naked and screaming out of a home and into a car.

The incident happened back in November. Jarrod Garwood was found guilty on four of the nine charges against him, including assault in the fourth degree, attempted kidnapping in the second degree, harassment and resisting arrest.

Garwood says he was rescuing the victim from a bad situation, the victim maintains Garwood took her against her will.

Garwood will be sentenced on March 10th.
