A man accused of a stabbing in downtown in April of last year.
Richard Gurule, 52, faces attempted murder and assault charges in the alleged stabbing of Nicholas Knickerbocker, 28, in front of the Douglas Inn.
The judge denied a motion to have the jury visit the site of the alleged stabbing. This trial is expected to last another three to four days.
