Speaking of getting ready for fire season.
The Ashland Fire and Rescue and the Firewise Commission are hosting their annual Fire Clean-up Day.
This Sunday Ashland residents can drop off their yard debris for free.
The second annual Firewise event is focused on helping residents remove the fuel, like grass, debris, and weeds from potential wildfires.
Residents can bring their yard debris to the Lincoln School parking lot in Ashland from 8 am until 4 pm.
