Police say they have arrested the second man involved in a drive-by shooting in Central Point last month.
Officials say Cody Ledezma was in a red BMW with Andrew Caucutt, when a shot was fired from the car on November 27th.
Caucutt turned himself into police a few days later, and officials arrested Ledezma on Wednesday.
He is now facing an attempted first-degree assault charge.
A Jackson County Grand Jury will hear the case later on Thursday.
