Troon Vineyard Owner Taking Indefinite Leave of Absence

The owner of Troon Vineyard is taking a “indefinite leave of absence.”

Chris Martin is cited in criminal case that claim he and Rogue Valley resident Jessica Stroble engaged in sexual acts multiple times on a June 20th Allegiant Airlines flight from Medford to Las Vegas.

Martin released a statement Sunday saying quote, “despite my strong desire to tell my side of the story, my legal council has advised me not to comment further on the case.”

He also went onto say that leaving the vineyard is the hardest decision he’s ever had to make.

If convicted, Martin and Stroble could each face up to 90 days in jail and/or a $500 fine.
