A rolled over semi caused headaches for drivers trying to get onto I-5 this afternoon. The semi tipped over while trying to get on the I-5 south bound on-ramp from Crater Lake Highway. ODOT and Oregon State police responded to the rollover. Crews closed down the on-ramp for several hours while they tried to up right the semi truck. No other vehicles were involved and the condition of the driver of the truck is unknown.
