Medford, Ore. — Two parents were cited for leaving their children outside in below freezing temperatures.
Medford Police say they cited Timothy Vallee and Kathleen Scroggins for leaving their three children outside of the north Medford Walmart the morning of Thursday, March 5th around 4:00 a.m.
The children were apparently not dressed for the weather. A concerned citizen brought the children inside and called police.
The parents were cited with child neglect.
