Adonation from Wells Fargo will provide 3 affordable homes for Medford families.
Wells Fargo donated more than $319,000as well as volunteer labor to Habitat for Humanity.
$45.000of that money is coming to Medford.
It will be used to build three houses for low- to -moderate income families. Habitat for humanity uses mostly volunteer labor to build these homes, then sells the homes to low-income buyers with zero-interest mortgages.
