Gas Prices Soar for Memorial Day Weekend

If you’re traveling this Memorial Day weekend, be prepared for some sticker shock at the pump.

Fuel analysts say price jumps of ten to thirty-five cents a gallon in Oregon should be expected by the end of the weekend.

A tight supply is being blamed for record wholesale prices, which in turn are passed along to the consumer in the form of the pain at the pump.

Analysts do expect the situation to resolve over time, very slowly.
