The new city manager of Phoenix takes office on Monday.
Steve Dahl, the former Economic Coordinator for Grants Pass, was selected from 20 applicants for the position, and will be re-locating to the Phoenix area soon.
On his to-do list: urban renewal, budget stability, and land development.
Dahl has spent nearly 10 years working in economic development and is a graduate of Willamette University.
