Oregon House Passes Wine Bill

Local wineries and vineyards are raising a glass to an Oregon bill that passed the house.

Oregon lawmakers passed House Bill 24-43 Wednesday, without a single vote against it.

This bill would allow customers to fill re-usable containers, up to two gallons, with wine. Supporters of the bill say it’s a green initiative, which saves money and the environment.

The bill now goes on to the Senate for a vote.
