Authoritieshave released the name of a driver involved in a fatal accident in Douglas Countyon Tuesday.
Policesay 74-year- old Glen Mires of La Pine, Oregon was heading East onhighway138Tuesday when he crashed into a tree near Susan Creek, east of Glide.
Mires was wearing a seat belt and the airbag in hisDodge Durangodid deploy.
Preliminary reports say a medical emergency may have been the cause.
