Vehicle Believed Used In Drive By Shooting Siezed

Medford police have seized a car they believe was involved in a drive-by shooting last week.

Reports say on February 20th, two men in a maroon-colored Jeep Grand Cherokee fired shots at a man near the corner of West Main and Summit Avenue.

Witnesses say the man fled, and the jeep left shortly after.

An anonymous tip was received, leading police to Martin Derbigny’s residence where they discovered a jeep. Police siezed the car and arrested Derbigny on prior warrants not related to the shooting.

The investigation into the shootingcontinues.
