29 votes… that was the razor-thin margin of victory for incumbent Ashland City Councilor Carol Voisin over challenger Jackie Agee. It took nearly 3 weeks but we finally have a winner in this ultra-tight race… after nearly 10-thousand votes were tallied. NBC-5’s Craig Smullin reports.
