Oregon City, Ore. – Police have arrested a man after he was caught on camera brandishing a gun during a roadside confrontation on Interstate 205 near Oregon City.Portland NBC affiliate KGW reports 38-year-old Oregon City resident Bradlee J. France is now being bars. He’s charged with menacing, disorderly conduct, and pointing a firearm at another.
Cell phone video of the incident was captured Friday morning by Russ Ceperich. It shows the driver of a black Mercedes SUV, later identified as France, get out and brandish a gun at another driver.
France was eventually located and taken into custody.
Ceperich says he doesn’t know what led up to the confrontation.
