Ore. — Oregon has reached a new milestone of 4 million.
That’s how many people live in the state, according to new estimates from Portland State University.
The data shows the state gained about 51-thousand people from July of last year to July of this year.
Jackson County posted a gain of 26-hundred people over the year.
Multnomah County had the largest increase, adding nearly 12-thousand new Oregon residents.
