Alturas shooting suspect enters “not guilty” plea

Alturas, Cali. — An Alturas woman plead ‘not guilty’ Monday morning to charges including 4 counts of murder.

44 year-old Cherie Rhoades is accused of going on a shooting rampage at a tribal office on February 20th.

The four dead include Rhoade’s brother, niece, and nephew, as well as a tribal staff member.
